We’re a local Shenandoah Valley micro-bakery passionate about our simple ingredient sourdough, time-honored techniques, and a warm chocolate chip cookie (or two). My husband and I moved to Virginia from Maryland in 2019. Sourdough not only became a creative outlet but also a health pathway. Sourdough is a passion for me. Sourdough is excellent for gut health and easier for most individuals to digest- oh- and it’s also delicious. There are many other benefits in switching to sourdough and I encourage you to go read about them!
We will also offer the tastiest chocolate chip cookies, ooey-gooey buns and rolls, petit fours and other tasty treats. We plan to consistently switch up our menu but we will stay consistent with our fan favorites too!
We have a menu listed for you to place orders with us through the order request form linked above. Our menu for the week drops every Sunday at 12PM, Noon, and will be open to place orders for that week up until Tuesdays at 10PM. After that time orders for that week will be closed until the following Sunday. After your order is placed, I will prep each order and you will come pick up at the Walgreens in Woodstock, VA at 11AM-12PM on Saturday.
We also hold pop-up events in the area and attend markets so you can come try our treats! We will post on social media as to where/when you can come see us.
